摘要
目的观察中药、埋线并用对乳腺增生症的疗效。方法将107例患者按个人治疗条件及意愿分为中药组、埋线组和中药埋线并用组,中药组采用消核灵,埋线组采用穴位埋线法,中药埋线并用组联用以上两种方法。8周为1疗程,1疗程结束3个月后随访,观察疗效。结果3组患者疗效间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且中药埋线并用组与中药组、埋线组患者疗效间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中药、埋线治疗乳腺增生症均有较好临床疗效,两法并用疗效更好。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Chinese herbs combined with catgut - embedding in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods 107 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands were divided into three groups according to patients＇ condition and desiring： Chinese herbs group, catgut -embedding group and Chinese herbs combined with catgut -embedding group. 8 weeks as one course. Their curative effects were observed 3 months later. Results There were significant difference in the curative effects among three groups （ P 〈0. 01 ）, there were also significant differences in the curative effects between Chinese herb group, catgut -embedding group and Chinese herb combined with catgut -embedding group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Both Chinese herb and catgut - embedding were effective to treat the hyperplasia of mammary glands. The combine of the two methods was more effective.
