摘要
奥氏体钢中铬、镍元素含量较高,焊缝中容易产生晶间腐蚀和热裂纹,焊接性较差.珠光体钢的碳含量一般较低,焊接性较好.介绍了珠光体钢和奥氏体钢组合焊接时的特点,同时也介绍了奥氏体钢与珠光体钢的焊接实例.分析异质接头所处的材质特性与工况特性,采取合理的焊接工艺措施,就可以得到优质的焊接接头.
The weldability of austenitic steel is poorer for its high content of Ni element and Chromium element leads to intercrystalline corrosion and hot crack when welding.On the contrary,the weldability of pearlite steel is better due to its low content of carbon equivalent.The weldability between pearlite steel and austenitic steel is introduced,and the welding examples is given too.The high quality welding joints can be obtained as long as the material characteristic and the working condition characteristics of heterogenic joints are earnestly and correctly analyzed and reasonable welding process measures are taken.
