摘要
目的观察复方玄驹胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)并发勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效与安全性。方法符合试验入选标准的患者52例口服复方玄驹胶囊,每次3粒,每天3次,治疗4周,采用自身对照的方法,根据服药前后各项指标的变化情况评价疗效。结果治疗前后各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗4周后NIH-CPSI总评分较治疗前下降了9.12(42.44%)分,轻、中、重度勃起功能障碍国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分分别增加5.01(34.86%),5.86(59.31%),6.31(104.99%)分,与治疗前比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后CNP的治愈率为15.4%(8/52),总有效率为86.5%(45/52);ED的治愈率为17.3%,总有效率为82.7%。全组患者在观察过程中有出现轻度头晕1例,恶心2例,大便于结2例,心慌2例,其他无不良反应。结论复方玄驹胶囊是治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎并发勃起功能障碍的有效药物,安全性好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound xuanju capsule （CXJC）in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes （CP/CPPS） with erectile dysfunction （ ED ）. Methods 52 eligible outpa- tients with NIH - CP/CPPS and ED were treated with CXJC at 3 capsules per times, tid for 4 weeks. The efficacy was evalua- ted by self - control comparison, according to changes of various indexes after treatment. Results After 4 - week therapy, the NIH -CPSI overall scores,and pain,urinary,and quality of life subscores were reduced by 9. 12 points（42.44% ）. IIEF -5 was increased by 5.01 points（34. 86% ） ,5.86 points（59.31% ） ,and 6.31 points（ 104.99% ） ,respectively in the subgroups of ED（mild,moderate, severe level ）, showing a significant improvement compared with the pre -treatment scores（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Recovery and effective rates of CP/CPPS were 15.4% （ 8/52 ） and 86.5% （45/52）, and the rates of ED were 17.3% （9/52） and 82.7% （43/52） respectively. No severe adverse reaction associated with medication was observed exe- cept for 1 case of mild dizziness,2 cases of nausea,2 cases of dry stool and 1 case of flustered. Conclusion Compound xuanju capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of chronic prostatitis/ehronic pelvic pain syndromes with erectile dysfunction.
