复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎130例 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,将慢性前列腺炎患者260例分为治疗组和对照组各130例。两组均给予左氧氟沙星片0.5g,po,qd;治疗组加用复方玄驹胶囊3粒(每粒0.42g),po,tid。均4周为1个疗程。结果按照美国国家卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)及WBC数评估疗效,治疗1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率(74.62%)明显高于对照组(52.31%)(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效较好,值得临床推广。
