摘要
利用高温固相合成法制备了Mo掺杂的锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4,并利用XRD、SEM、EIS、EDS等分析手段对其进行了表征。XRD数据表明所得到的样品具有良好的尖晶石结构;Nyquist谱图表明,掺杂钼的LiMn2O4电荷传递电阻明显减小。试验结果初步说明:Mo的掺杂是改善LiMn2O4电化学行为的有效方法之一。
Li-ion battery cathode material of LiMn2O4 doped with molybdenum element was prepared for the first time by using high-temperature solid-state method.XRD,SEM,EIS and EDS tests were employed to characterize the obtained samples.XRD analysis showed that the as-prepared samples had good spinel structure.Nyquist plot obviously showed that the charge transfer resistance of LiMn2O4 doped with molybdenum element decreased when compared to the pure LiMn2O4.This work demonstrated that doping molybdenum element into LiMn2O4 was a feasible method to improve the electrochemical performance of LiMn2O4.
