摘要
在分析基于正交小波变换的盲均衡算法和遗传算法理论的基础上,提出了基于遗传优化的正交小波盲均衡算法(GA-WTCMA)。该算法将遗传算法引入到正交小波盲均衡算法(WTCMA)中,利用遗传算法的全局搜索特性,对均衡器权向量进行优化,以降低WTCMA局部收敛的可能性,减小稳态误差,并针对遗传算法的局部搜索能力差,在遗传算法中嵌入模拟退火思想,得到了基于模拟退火遗传优化的正交小波盲均衡算法(SA-GA-WTCMA),纠正了遗传算法的早熟现象,进一步减小稳态误差,加快了收敛速度。水声信道仿真结果,验证了该算法的有效性。
An orthogonal Wavelet Transform Constant Modulus blind equalization Algorithm(WTCMA) based on the optimization of Genetic Algorithm(GA-WTCMA) was proposed via the analyzing of the futures of WTCMA and Genetic Algorithm(GA).In the proposed algorithm,WTCMA was integrated with genetic algorithm(GA).It could reduce the mean square error of WTCMA and the possibility of WTCMA local convergence,the global search ability of genetic algorithm was used to optimize the equalizer weight vector.Aiming at the poor local search of GA,a new blind equalization algorithm including the GA-WTCMA and Simulated Annealing(SA-GA-WTCMA).SA-GA-WTCMA could efficiently correct the premature phenomena of GA and improve the convergence rate.The efficiency of the proposed algorithm was proved by computer simulation in underwater acoustic channels.
