摘要
采用化学包覆、喷雾造粒以及气体保护烧结等工艺,制备了纳米结构Ni/Al2O3热喷涂喂料。对喂料以及使用该喂料制备的等离子喷涂涂层的显微结构进行了分析,结果表明:化学包覆后,Ni/Al2O3粒度约为100-200nm,喂料为多孔的球形结构,直径约为20-50μm。采用该喂料制备的涂层表面粗糙度约为50μm,内部呈现变形充分的薄片层结构,包含粒度为100nm左右的晶体结构。
Nanostructured Ni/Al2O3 feedstocks were fabricated via chemical wrapping, spraying dry and gas protected sintering. The feedstocks and the microstructre of the plasma spraying coatings prepared with the feedstocks were analyzed. The result shows that the particle size of chemical wrapped Ni/Al2O3 is about 100-200 nm. The feedstocks are porous spheric particles which size is about 20-50 μm. Roughness of the coating surface is about 50 μm. The coating contains full deformed thin layers, and nanoscale grains of about 100 nm are found.
