摘要
企业对存货管理的重视程度和管理的好坏,直接反映出企业存货平均占用资金的大小,实施存货控制和管理关键在于控制存货的占用总额是否合理,构成存货总额的各项存货所占比例是否恰当。本文分析了影响存货成本的主要因素,对不同供货模型进行了实证分析,对优化存货管理提出了合理的对策建议。
The attention of enterprise inventory management and the quality of m anagement directly reflect the size of average capital occupation of enterprise inventory.The key to the implementation of inventory control and management is Whether or not total capital occupation of inventory is reasonable and proport ion of each idem constituting total inventory is appropriate.This paper has ana lyzed the major factors affecting the inventory cost,empirically analyzed the d ifferent goods supply model,and proposed the countermeasure for optimizing inve ntory management.
