A Study on the Multi-Source Replenishment Model and Coordination Lot Size Decision-Making Based on Supply-Hub

摘要 在Supply-hub环境下,考虑多个供应商向一个制造商提供零部件时,建立了从各供应商处分别取货和采取沿送奶路线循环取货两种方式下的批量模型。研究结果表明:当单位重量零部件的运输成本对承运量敏感,通过送奶路线循环取货优于从各供应商处分别取货;当单位重量零部件的运输成本对承运量不敏感,从各供应商处分别取货优于通过送奶路线循环取货。此外,不同零部件需求量的差额大小对两种取货方式的选择也有影响。 Considering a system with multi-suppliers and a manufacturer, the lot size models of both respective replenishment and cycle replenishment from suppliers in the situation of supply-hub are presented. The analytical result shows that, when the freight cost of unit spare parts is sensitive to the volume of carrier, the cycle replenishment along milk road from suppliers is superior to the respective replenishment from suppliers. However, when the freight cost of unit spare parts is rigid to the volume of carrier, it is vice versa. Moreover, the difference of demand for different spare parts has impact on the choice of replen-ishment methods.
