摘要
文章采用"欧盟方法体系"MFA方法,对1990—2007年安徽省生态经济系统的物质输入与输出变化趋势进行研究,并对其进行较详细的结构分析和效率强度分析。结果表明:尽管全省经济增长和物质输入与输出呈现短暂脱钩,但经济增长模式仍然是物质基础型;经济增长主要依赖自身资源,尤其是不可再生资源,同时产生巨大的区内隐藏流,经济增长伴随的环境压力绝大部分作用于省内环境;全省的物质输入效率低于全国平均水平,物质输出效率虽然高于全国平均水平,但还远低于国际先进水平,物质输入输出强度均低于全国平均水平,主要原因是全省人均消费水平较低。
By applying the method of material flow analysis（MFA） of Eurostat,the developing trend of material input and output of eco-economic system in Anhui Province from 1990 to 2007 is studied in this paper as well as their composition,efficiency and intensity.The results show that although the relationship between economic growth and material input and output presents a transitory delinking state,the economic growth still depends on the material input.The economic growth mainly depends on the local natural resources,especially the non-renewable resources,and brings in the enormous regional hidden flows,so the environmental stress due to economic growth mostly acts on the local environment of Anhui Province.The efficiency of material input is lower than the average level of China,and the efficiency of material output is higher than the average level of China but far lower than the world advanced level.The intensity of material input and output are both lower than the average level of China due to the lower average consumption level of Anhui Province.
