摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌是一种无毒副作用、无残留的绿色饲料添加剂,研究表明,可以利用枯草芽孢杆菌进行生物防治或生产微生物杀菌剂以替代剧毒化学药品。利用紫外线对枯草芽孢杆菌进行诱变,通过实验紫外线处理150s时致死率几乎为100%,120s时诱变效果最好,对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最明显。
Bacillus subtilis is a non-toxic and non-residual green feed additives. Research shows that Bacillus subtilis can be used for biological control or production of microbial fungicides to replace toxic chemicals. The use of UV-mutagenesis in Bacillus subtilis can achieve almost 100% death rate during experiment when treating 150 s. The mutagenic effect is the best when treating 120 s and the antibacterial effect against E. coli is most obvious.
