摘要
目的:观察在基层医院采用中医复位手法骨盆旋转复位手法治疗骶髂关节错位的临床效果。方法:运用骨盆旋转复位法治疗42例骶髂关节错位。结果:42例患者中,经手法复位痊愈37例,占88.1%;显效者5例,占11.9%,无效者0。总有效率为100%。结论:骨盆旋转复位法是治疗骶髂关节错位的有效方法,有实用、速效,操作简单,病人无痛苦,复发率低,无后遗症等特点,值得在基层医院推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating sacroiliac joint dislocation with TCM repositioning maneuver. Methods： Treating 42 cases of sacroiliac joint dislocation with primary hospital pelvic rotation reduction techniques. Result： In the 42 cases of patients, 37 cases were cured with repositioning maneuver, accounted for 88.1%; Markedly effective in 5 cases, accounted for 11.9%, ineffective for 0 cases, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Pelvic rotation reduction techniques is the effective method of treating sacroiliac joint dislocation, its characteristics were practical, quick, simple operation, the patient no pain, low recurrence rate, without sequelae, etc, worthy of promotion in the primary hospital.
