摘要
电镜生物样品包埋块的制备是电镜室最基本的常规,从固定、脱水、渗透要经历十几道程序,以一次包埋20分样品计,整个包埋过程有17个程序,每个程序要更换20瓶样品的溶液,更换溶液达340次之多,既繁琐又费时,为了解决这个问题,我们在实践中摸索用特殊的纸膜替代制样瓶,包裹不同样品,放于同一制样瓶中固定、脱水、渗透、取得了包埋效果与常规制样无异,本方法适用于大批量的制样。
The normal method in preparing biological samples for electron microscopy was felt to be too troublesome and time consuming, so the alternative sample preparation methods were investigated.The improved method uses paper film to replace sample bottle, wrapping each sample in special paper film.The samples are then put together into a small bottle, fixed, dehydrated and immersed in the same bottle.The good embedding results were achieved with the method.The advantages of this method are inexpensive, easy to use and saves the saving time.
