摘要
办学特色是指大学在长期办学过程中积淀形成的、特有的、稳定的、区别于其他高校的独特优质风貌,以及在办学过程中形成的体现一所高校办学优势和特性的总和。地方高校要实现较好发展,根本出路在于特色办学,走特色化发展道路。地方高校办学特色培育是一项系统工程,要整体考虑,把握凝练、构建和路径三个环节,要以现有特色凝练提升为前提,整体特色体系构建为核心,特色培育路径选择为关键,真正实施"特色兴校"战略,推动地方高校健康发展。
Features of School-running are the excellent-quality and unique reflection which is superior to and different from those of other universities.And it is also a sum of strengths and features developing in the long process of school running.The fundamental way to realize the sustainable development of provincial universities lies in running school in a special way.The cultivation of features of running schools is a systematic project.Therefore,three aspects,such as conciseness,construction,and paths are supposed to be taken into consideration as a whole.A healthy development of provincial universities should be promoted with conciseness of features being perquisite,the whole feature being core,and the choices of paths of cultivation of features being the key.
