摘要
目的探讨四联疗法治疗中老年胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法 110例胃溃疡患者随机分为实验组和对照组。两组均给予同样的四联药物治疗,对照组疗程为1个月,实验组疗程为3个月。结果实验组痊愈率和总有效率和对照组相比无显著性差异(χ2=0.153,P>0.05;χ2=0.942,P>0.05);一年后HP阳性率和复发率(χ2=4.521,P<0.05;χ2=5.924,P<0.05)显著低于对照组。结论四联疗法用于胃溃疡患者,并适当延长治疗时间,能显著改善患者病情,降低复发率,值得临床考虑。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of quadruple therapy used for elderly patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 110 cases of patients with chronic gastric ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both of groups were given same drugs of quadruple therapy, the course of treatment of control group was one month and experimental group was three month. Results The cured rate and total effective rate between two groups had no significant difference（χ2=0.153, P〉0.05 χ2=0.942, P〉0.05）, but the positive rate of liP and recurrence rate after one year in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group（χ2=4.521, P〈0.05;χ2=5.924, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quadruple therapy used for patients with gastric ulcer and extend therapy lime properly, can significantly improving the disease and decrease the recurrence rate, so it deserved considering in clinical work.
