摘要
目的建立归芪益气养血合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芪、川芎、赤芍进行鉴别;用高效液相法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量,采用AichromBond-AQ-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸=(14:86),流速:1.0 mL min-1,柱温:30℃;检测波长:230 nm;进样量:10μL。结果薄层色谱专属性强;芍药苷的线性范围是0.240 4～2.404μg,γ=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为101.38%,RSD为0.21%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为的归芪益气养血合剂质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Guiqi Yiqi Yangxue mixture.Methods Astragali Radix. Paeoniae rubra Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma in this prescription were identified by TLC.The content of the paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC： the AichromBond-AQ-C18 colunm （ 4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5μm ） was used, the mobile phase was CH3CN-0.1%H3PO4 （ 14 ： 86）,at the flow of 1.0 mL·min^-1 ,the column temperature of 30℃,and detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.240 4-2.404μg, 7= 0.999 9,the average recovery was 101.38%,RSD=0.21%（n=6）.Conclusion The method was easy to operate with accurate result and good reproducibility.It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation.
