摘要
刑法修正案(八)实行社区矫正的规定,标志着我国社区矫正法律制度的确立,适应了经济社会发展新形势,为改革完善我国刑罚执行制度奠定了重要基础。继我国刑事法律中有关社区矫正内容的确立,加快研究制定专门的《社区矫正法》势在必行。
The regulation of communitv correction in Amen（hnent to Criminal Law of The People＇s Republic of China （Edition 8） symbolizes the establishment of legal system of community corretion, meets the new situation of economical and social development, and lays important foundation fur reforming and perfecting Chinese penalty executing system. The establishment of community correction in Chinese criminal law quickens the trend of making Community Correction Law.
