摘要
目的:观察抗衰Ⅰ号方对D-半乳糖衰老小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测D-半乳糖衰老小鼠血清中IgGI、gM含量,并计算胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官的重量指数。结果:与模型组比较,抗衰I号方各给药组能不同程度地升高IgG,降低IgM;能明显增加胸腺、脾脏、脑的重量指数。结论:抗衰I号方具有调节D-半乳糖衰老小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Anti-aging Prescription No.1 on immune function of aged mice induced by D-galactose.Method:The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to determine the plasma IgG level and IgM level in mice induced by D-galactose,and calculated the thymus and spleen weight index.Result:Compared with the model group,the Anti-aging Prescription No.1 could obviously increase the IgG level and decrease IgM level,and could increase spleen index and thymus index.Conclusion:The Anti-aging Prescription No.1 could effectively regulate immune.
