感染性心内膜炎并发感染性颅内动脉瘤破裂的诊治 被引量：4

摘要 感染性心内膜炎是我国并不少见的疾病，其中3％～10％的患者会并发感染性颅内动脉瘤（infectious intracranial aneurysm，IIA）[1]，一旦瘤体破裂其死亡率极高。因其发生率低，文献报道少，临床医生多认识不足。2010年8月至11月问，笔者所在医院连续诊治了3例感染性心内膜炎继发IIA破裂出血的患者，现将治疗结果报道如下。
