摘要
论述了建设工程项目后评价的含义及主要内容,并结合工作实践,就做好项目后评价的途径进行了探讨并加以分析,为未来项目的决策和提高投资管理水平提出建议,以达到提高投资效益的目的。
With a discussion on the definition and content of construction engineering project post-evaluation,combining with work practice,it explores ways for doing well in project post-evaluation and makes an analysis,which has proposes suggestions for future project decision and improving investment management level,so as to improve the investment benefits.
