在我国实施工程监理制度深化阶段,监理单位实施合同后评价意义重大且急需提倡。结合监理单位工作内容和特点,以及合同后评价的特点,深入分析监理单位的工程合同后评价内容,一般从合同内容、合同签订、合同效果、合同管理等方面入手,并根据内容明确一般的实施程序。
In the phase of deepen project supervision system,the implementation of contract post-evaluation for supervision unit is significant and urgent to promote.Combining with the characteristics of supervision and contract post-evaluation,contents of contract post-evaluation for supervision unit,including contact content,signing,effect and management are analyzed in-depth,and general implementation process is determbned in accordance with the contents.
