摘要
以红花大金元为材料,研究了采收成熟度对贵州特色烟评吸质量的影响。结果表明:随采收成熟度的增加,烟叶评吸质量总分表现出先升后降的趋势。采收成熟度对烟叶评吸质量的影响主要表现在香气质、香气量、吃味、杂气、刺激性方面,对烟叶劲头、燃烧性、灰色的影响不明显。从综合表现来看,下、中、上部叶分别按XM3、CM3、BM3采收,烟叶的评吸质量最好,评吸总分分别较其他处理高1.74～3.90分、0.88～2.00分、0.04～0.94分,更能满足卷烟工业对烟叶原料内在质量的需求。
A study was made on effect of different harvest maturity on smoking quality of Guizhou characteristic flue-cured tobacco.The result showed that,the flue-cured tobacco leaves＇ smoking quality appeared regular variation of first increased and then decreased with increased maturity.The effect of smoking quality with different maturity mainly showed in character of aroma,volume of aroma,taste,offensive taste, biting taste,but there is no difference in aspect of strength,burning character,ash color.The total point of treatment of XM3,CM3,BM3 were higher than other treatment of 1.74 - 3.90,0.88 - 2.00,0.04 - 0.94 respectively,which come to the conclusion that XM3,CM3,BM3 were the best harvest maturity for demand of raw materials in cigarette industry.
