摘要
目前较为广泛的是采用差示扫描量热分析仪测试纤维在体温上下的吸放热特性,从而区分储热调温纤维与常规纤维。也可将纤维加工成织物或非织造布,通过测试储热调温纤维织物和常规织物的相变性能、内部温度差、温度调节系数、动态热阻心引等评价其性能。
The fiber is fabricated by impregnating phase change materials or microencapsulated phase change ma- terials (MicroPCMs) into the fiber. The fiber absorbs heat energy when its temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, and releases heat energy when its temperature is higher than the ambient temperature by the phase change of PCM. Therefore, it can regulate the inner temperature of the clothes automatically. The enthalpy of the fabricated thermo-regulated fiber at the body temperature is 45 -60 J/g. And its mechanical properties can meet the needs of weaving and clothing. The prepara- tion technology, research and development trends and production methods of this fiber are reviewed in this paper by comparing the merits and faults of the various production methods. The development orien- tation of the thermo-regulated fiber is pointed out in the paper.
