摘要
介绍了储热调温纤维及织物的储热调温机理、国内外最新研究进展。讨论了相变材料涂覆法、中空纤维填充法、皮芯复合纺丝法制备储热调温纤维及织物,此外,重点研究了相变材料胶囊复合法包括MicroPCMs涂覆织物、熔融纺制含MicroPCMs的皮芯复合纤维、湿法纺制含MicroPCMs的调温纤维和相变材料胶囊填充织物法制备储热调温纤维及织物,并对各种复合方法优缺点进行了对比。预测了储热调温纤维及织物的发展方向。
This paper introduced the principle of thermo-regulated fibers and fabric,and reviewed the recent developments of thermo-regulated fibers and fabric both at home and abroad. The fabrication technologies,such as textile coating with phase change materials (PCMs),hollow fiber filling with PCMs,sheath/core composite fiber with melt-spinning were discussed by comparing the merits and faults. In addition,the encapsulated phase change materials mixing methods including textile coating with microencapsulated phase change materials (MicroPCMs),sheath/core composite fiber containing MicroPCMs with melt-spinning,thermo-regulated fiber containing MicroPCMs prepared by wet-spinning and textile filling with MicroPCMs,were also investigated. At the end,the authors also pointed out the orientation of thermo-regulated fibers and fabric.
