摘要
植物根系钾转运机制及其分子基础研究是目前国际植物营养学科的热点之一。本文介绍植物根系钾吸收的两个过程———高亲和力钾转运和低亲和力钾转运的动力学机制,钾转运机制的分子生物学基础及其研究方法。
Study of K + transport mechanism and its molecular basis in plant root cells has become one of the popular topics worldwide in the field of plant nutrition science. This paper introduces the dynamics of the two processes of K + absorption, i.e. high and low affinity K + transport in plant root cells, the molecular basis of K + transport dynamics and its investigation methods.
