摘要
对不同来源陆地棉20个品种(系)在新疆特定生态条件下的13个性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明:纤维品质因子、产量因子、单铃重因子、衣分因子、第一果技高度因子对变异的累计贡献率达84.3%,对20份材料的聚类分析结果表明:晋棉12号、中棉所25号、晋棉19号和中棉所19号等可划分为第一类;布哈拉6号、吉尔吉斯3号和新陆中5号等可划分为第二类;中棉所17号、新陆中2号和爱SJ-5等可划分为第三类。
Principal component analysis were performed forl3 characters among 20 upland cotton vari-eties with different sources. The result showed that the cumulative contribution of former 5 factors comeup to 84. 3 %. The former 5 factors are quality factor and yield factor and single boll weight factor and gin-turnout factor and the height of first fruit branch. Cluster analysis was used to analyse too. 20 varietieswere grouped into three clusters. Jinmian12 and Zm25 and Jinmian19 and Zm19 etc are first cluster. Buha-la3 and Jirjis3 and xlz5 etc are second cluster. Zm17 and Xlz2 and Acalasfj-5 etc are third cluster.
