The Changes of c-fos mRNA Expression in Pressure Overload Induced Myocardiol Hypertrophy Rat's Left Ventricular Myocardium

摘要 采用核酸分子杂交观察腹主动脉缩窄大鼠心肌肥厚早期左室c-fos原癌基因表达改变。实验结果显示:正常左室仅有少量c-fosmRNA表达,腹主动脉缩窄后1hc-fosmRNA表达明显增加,3h达高峰,12h明显下降。从而表明在压力超负荷性心肌肥厚模型中早期有c-fos原癌基因的快速短暂表达。 The changes in c-fos mRNA expression in the early process of pressure overload induced myocardiol hyper-trophy caused by abdominal aorta constriction in SD rat's left ventricular myocardium. were studied. Dot blots in-dicate that c-fos mRNA is present only at very low levels in normal hearts. The increased expressiPn of c-fos mR-NA is seen in rat left ventricular myocardium after one hour of aortic banding. The expression increased most sig-nificantly after 3h, and at 12h the expression decreased. The results show in the early state of pressure overloadinduced myocardiol hypertrophy that the induction of c-fos mRNA is transient.
