本文将在作者从事《军队干部队伍结构动态分析系统》这一人力决策支持系统研究的基础上,仅就其系统的认识论和方法论进行探讨,以期对国内人力决策支持系统的研究工作有所裨益。
This article based on the author′s experience in the manpower decision
support sytem research of“The Army Manpower Structure Dynamic Analysis
System”discusses the hierarchy of epistemological and methodological levels
of the systm so as to benefit the research on the manpower decision support
system in our country.
