摘要
目的建立并验证高效液相色谱法检测乐脉胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法 Ultimate AQ-C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液10∶90;检测波长:230 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;温度:25℃。结果芍药苷Y=1 374X-912.43,相关系数是0.9998,线性范围为6.72μg/ml^168μg/ml,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为0.63%。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好、专属性强,可用于药厂和药检所对乐脉胶囊中芍药苷含量的质量控制和产品监测。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Lemai capsules.Methods The analysis was carried on a Ultimate AQ-C18（4.6×150mm,5μm）column.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid（10∶90）and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230nm and column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 6.72-168μg/mL（r=0.9998）.The average recovery（n=7）was 97.8%,and RSD was 0.63%.Conclusion This method with strong specificity was simple,sensitive,accurate,reproducible,and can be used in pharmaceutical factory and drug inspection agency for the determination of paeoniflorin in Lemai capsule.
