摘要
目的:优选桃芍醒脑胶囊的提取、纯化工艺条件,为工业化生产提供参考。方法:以出膏率、芍药苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法分别优选桃芍醒脑胶囊的提取工艺和分离纯化工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水提取2次,每次1.5 h,药液浓缩至相对密度1.20,加95%乙醇,使药液含醇至70%。结论:所优选的工艺稳定、合理,有效成分提取率高,适合工业化生产。
Objective： To optimize extraction and purification processes of Taoshao Xingnao Capsule,in order to provide a reference for commercial production. Methods： The extraction yield of solid extracts and paeoniflorin content were chosen as indexes and the orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction and separation and purification processes. Result：The optimum extraction process was as follows： adding 10 times amount of water into materials and extracting for 2 times,1. 5 h for each time,and the extract was concentrated to 1. 20 relative density. The alcohol with concentration of 95% was added into the extract to make the alcohol account for 70% in the liquid. Conclusion： This optimized processes was stable and reliable with the high extraction rate of effective components and was suitable for commercial production.
