摘要
为了有效防治煤巷掘进期间掘进工作面的冲击地压与瓦斯突出,在高位巷中进行穿层深孔控制爆破掩护煤巷掘进。从高位巷超前煤巷掘进工作面30 m处向煤巷施工穿层钻孔,钻孔排列每3 m宽一组,每组6个,孔径75 mm,垂直于巷道布置,其中第2、4、6号钻孔为松爆钻孔,1、3、5号钻孔为控制孔,松爆后对控制孔进行联网抽放。松爆后控制孔的瓦斯抽采率大幅上升,掘进工作面施工排放孔和前探孔时间大大缩短,月进尺明显增加,安全程度显著提高。
In order to effectively control the burst and gas outburst during heading excavation,this paper introduced the controlled penetration-hole blasting method at a high level roadway to protect coal heading excavation.From the high level roadway ahead to the coal heading face 30m drilling holes,3m separation for each group,total 6 groups,the hole with 75mm diameter,vertical to the roadway layout,No.2,4,6 are blasting holes,and No.1,3,5 are controlled holes,the controlled holes are connected to the drainage network after blasting.After blasting,gas extraction rate increased sharply,the time needed for drilling emissions holes and exploration holes on heading face are greatly shorten,also increased significantly on footage,safety improved significantly.
