摘要
针对高瓦斯低透气性突出煤层石门揭煤过程中,采用传统的密集排放钻孔防突措施的消突效果较差,钻孔工程量大等问题,提出了用深孔控制爆破以释放煤体所积聚的弹性能,从而达到增透卸压强化抽放的目的。从断裂力学和爆炸力学的角度,分析了深孔控制爆破的防突作用机理,论述了控制爆破的施工工艺与技术参数的确定原则和方法。试验结果表明,在低透气性高瓦斯煤层中采用深孔控制爆破局部措施,能够提高煤层透气性,大幅度改善预抽瓦斯效果,对应力集中的煤体起到卸压作用,从而有效避免煤与瓦斯突出或降低煤层突出危险性,达到安全、高效揭煤的效果和缩短揭煤工期的目的。
According to the poor outburst elimination result, large quantity borehole drilling and other problems of the conventional outburst prevention measures with intensive gas drainage boreholes during the cross-cut opened the high gassy and low permeability outburst seam, the paper provided that the deep borehole controlled blasting would be applied to release the elastic energy cumulated in the coal mass in order to reach the target of the permeability increased, pressure released and intensified gas drainage. From the breaking mecha nics and blasting mechanics, the paper analyzed the outburst prevention mechanism of the deep borehole controlled blasting and stated the principle and method of the construction technique and technical parameters for the controlled blasting. The test results showed that the application of the deep borehole controlled blasting in the low permeability and high gassy seam with the local measures could improve the seam permeability, highly improve the gas pre-drainage results and have the pressure releasing function in the stress concentrated coal mass. Therefore, the coal and gas outburst could be effectively eliminated or the seam with outburst danger in potential could be reduced to reach the safety and high efficient seam opening results and the target to reduce the seam opening period.
