摘要
为了研究小麦条锈病的抗性遗传基础及分子标记辅助持久抗性新品系选育技术,利用22个条锈病抗性材料及4个感病材料并以近缘野生材料作为对照,进行抗性基因Yr24分子标记的检测。结果表明,只有3个抗病材料(3、6、12)扩增出目标带(165 bp),但扩增条带都较弱;4个感病材料(23~26)里没有目标条带出现;野生材料中的扩增结果表明该抗性基因及其分子标记来源于硬粒小麦。
To study the genomic basis of rust resistant in wheat and provide technical support for molecular assisted breeding of resistant cultivars,the rust resistant gene Yr24 was detected in the genomic DNA extracted from 22 stripe rust resistant cultivars,4 susceptible cultivars,and wild relative materials as control.The results showed that the target band(165bp) was only amplified in three resistant cultivars(3,6,12);but the bands were weak.No target band was detected in the 4 susceptible cultivars.The amplification of wild materials indicated that the resistance genes and molecular markers were originated from hard wheat.
