52个重要小麦品种抗条锈基因的推导 被引量:14

摘要 根据对 13个具有不同毒性基因组合的条锈菌系的反应,采用基因推导方法,分析 52个重要小麦品种(系)所携带的抗条锈基因。结果表明:在已知的 19个抗条锈基因中,Yr1、Yr2、Yr6、Yr7、Yr8、Yr9、Yr11、Yr12、Yr17、Yr18、Yr24和Avocet12个基因以单基因或基因组合的形式分布在 28个小麦品种 (系 )中;携带Yr11基因的小麦品种最多,有 17个,携带Yr2、Yr6和Yr17基因的小麦品种各有 15个;抗源品种 92R137、92R149等可抵抗包括当前流行小种在内的所有供试条锈菌系,正在大面积种植的品种如陕 160、济南 17、烟 188、烟 361等感染所有的菌系,由此推导它们不含任何已知抗条锈基因。培育和推广具有有效抗条锈基因的新品种迫在眉睫。该文还讨论了基因推导的局限性。 Trials were conducted to postulate stripe rust resistance genes(Yr genes) in 52 important wheat cultivars. Thirteen isolates of Puccinia striiforms f. sp.tritici which had previously been characterized for avirulence/virulence gene combination and 19 known Yr genes were used for the postulation. The Results showed that 12 genes named Yr1,Yr2,Yr6,Yr7,Yr8,Yr9,Yr11,Yr12,Yr17,Yr18,Yr24 and Avocet were detected in 28 wheat cultivars, either alone or in combination. Yr11, the most common gene, presented in 17 cultivars, while Yr2,Yr6 and Yr17 in 15 cultivars. The wheat resistance resources such as 92R137,92R149 were resistant to all the 13 isolates, including the dominant races of Puccinia striiforms f.sp.tritici at present in China. The commercial wheat cultivars such as Shan 160, Jinan 17, Yan 188, Yan 361 carrying no Yr geners at all were able to resist none of the 13 isolates. It was urgent that breeding and using new wheat cultivars with effective resistance genes to stripe rust. The merits and demerits of gene postulation were also discussed.
