摘要
在对金融发展与产业结构调整关系进行研究述评及理论和现状分析的基础上,运用北京市1978-2009年的年度数据,利用时间序列分析方法和回归分析方法对二者的关系进行实证分析。结果表明北京金融发展指标与产业结构调整指标相互间存在长期均衡关系,金融发展对第三产业产值的贡献度大于第二产业,对第二产业的贡献度又大于第一产业。为了促进北京金融发展与产业结构调整协调促进,需要继续完善金融体系建设,提高金融风险防范意识与机制建设;积极发展资本市场,着力拓宽融资渠道;倡导"绿色信贷",优化信贷结构;并且继续调整优化产业结构,促进技术进步,积极转变经济发展方式。
Based on the study review and theoretical analysis and present situation analysis on the interaction between financial development and industrial structure adjustment, the paper makes the empirical study of the interaction using data from 1978 to 2009 in Beijing, by time series analysis and regression analysis. The study shows that there exists a long-teI^n equilibrium relationship between financial development and industrial structure adjustment in Beijing, and the contribution by financial development to industries follows a decreasing order from tertiary industry, secondary industry to primary industry. Therefore, in order to promote financial development and upgrade industrial structure, Beijing should continue to perfect financial system, strength the measures against financial risk, develop positively capital market, open up the financial channels, use the concept of ＂Green Credit＂ to optimize the structure of credit and continue to adjust industrial structure, promote technical innovation to transform economic development mode.
