摘要
对突破性性创新机会的感知是企业在新旧产业替代中进行企业能力重构的动力源。高层管理者是高技术企业进行能力重构的主要驱动力量,但是高层管理者由于人力资本的陈旧过时、社会资本的局限性以及认知的偏见常常无法识别突破性创新的机会。已有的创新实践表明,对突破性创新机会的识别可能来自企业内部和外部的各个角落的人员,他们由于离市场更近,更容易发现新技术机会。如果高技术企业单纯的依赖高层管理者的认知来识别突破性创新,将会失去新旧产业替代中进行能力重构的重要机会。本文拓展了企业进行能力重构的动力源,提出用创造性搜索活动、上下级直接沟通、战略释意活动、战略性实验方法充分的利用各种动力源促进企业的能力重构。
The cognization of an radical innovation is important dynamics of rebuilding capability under industrial shifting. Top managers is the main driving force of capability reconstruction in high technology enterprise.However, Top managers often cannot identify the radical innovation opportunities because of outmoded human capital, the limitations of social capital and cognitive biases. Who spot radical innovations may come from anywhere inside and outside a corporation, they are more likely to find new technology opportunity because of closer to the market. If only depending on top-managers to distinguish radical innovations,corporation may lost many critical opportunities of overcoming core rigidities. This paper extends dynamics source, and puts forward to promote the reconstruction of enterprise'capability with creative search activities, top-down direct communication, strategic sensemaking,strategic experiment method to fully utilize various dynamics sources.
