摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效。方法回顾分析90例患者的临床资料。结果治疗组45例中,治愈37例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组45例中,治愈30例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率92%;两组治疗结果相比有显著性差异,治疗组明显优于对照组P<0.05。结论诸药合用,既健脾益气,止酸止痛,又具有现代医学抑制胃酸、胃蛋白酶含量,保护胃黏膜,促使溃疡愈合作用,根据证型辨证施治,灵活运用,标本兼治,故中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗效果好,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of peptic ulcer Integrative Medicine.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 90 patients.Results The 45 cases,37 cases were cured,8 cases of effective and ineffective 0 case,the total effective rate was 100%;control group of45 cases,30 cases were cured,10 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92%;Compared two groups was significant difference between treatment group was significantly better than the control group P0.05.Conclusion The combination of various drugs,both the spleen Qi,only the acid pain,but also has modern medicine inhibiting gastric acid,pepsin content,protection of gastric mucosa,promote ulcer healing,according to syndrome differentiation syndrome,flexibility,treating the symptoms,so Integrative Medicine effective than Western medicine alone,is worthy of clinical application.
