摘要
采用问卷调查和访谈两种方法,对中原地区166所县市级高中的生物教师、实验员、实验管理员的情况进行了调查分析。从影响生物实验教学的5个因素(实验员的基本情况、生物实验教学条件、生物实验课的安排和教学方法、高中必修生物实验的开设情况、教师和领导对实验作用的认识)作了分析。结果表明,中原地区高中生物实验教学资源配置不容乐观,提出了加大资金、人才的投入对策和建议,以期促进中原地区的高中生物实验教学更好地发展。
The paper investigates biology teachers, experimentators, laboratory administrators in 166 counties and municipal high schools in Henan province by questionnaire and interview and analyzes five factors of experimentators' basic status, experiment and teaching condition for biology; arrangement and method, implementing status of compulsory biology experiment for high schools, teacher's and leader's cognition on biological experiment) and result shows that teaching resources allocation on biology experiment is not sufficient. Finally, enlarging the fund and the talents investment are put forward, which will promote biology experiment teaching of high school in Henan province.
