摘要
我厂锅炉采用直流式燃烧器与风扇式磨煤机直吹式制粉系统相配,自投产运行,长期以来经常发生磨煤机分离器着火,造成磨煤机不严密处向外冒粉、积粉自燃,附近电缆着火,造成设备损坏和经济损失,通过分析研究,找出磨煤机分离器着火的原因,提出制粉系统运行技术及防范的措施。
Matching impellerless burner and coal pulverizing system of fan coal mill,coal mill separator and electric cable frequently catches fire,coal dust is self-ignited from imprecision of coal mill,which will cause equipment damage and economic losses.According to analysis and study,we find the reason fan coal mill separator catches fire,and come up with technique of coal pulverizing system and precautions.
