摘要
阐述了山西武乡和信发电有限公司新建2×600 MW机组在投运之后锅炉效率较低,分析原因认为是由于磨煤机出口分离器结构不合理,使煤粉细度不合格而导致不完全燃烧热损失较大,从而造成锅炉效率偏低,经过技术改造后,解决了该问题,锅炉效率基本达到设计水平。
Based on the introduction of low boiler efficiency in Shanxi Wuxiang Hexin Power Generation Co. , Ltd after two newly built 2 × 6000 MW units put into operation, that problem is caused by irrational structure of mill separator, which makes the coal powder fineness disqualify and inadequate burning. Some suggestions are proposed to enhance boiler efficiency.
