摘要
西藏和平解放既是中国现代史和中国革命史上的一个重大历史事件,也是西藏地方历史上一个划时代的转折点。"十七条协议"的签订,为西藏跨越式发展创造了包括跨越式主题、经验机遇、优势、引擎、创试等在内的诸多条件,尤其是社会制度的跨越性变革,为西藏跨越式发展奠定了关键性条件。和平解放60年来,西藏的经济实现了跨越式发展,各项社会事业实现了全面进步,人民生活发生了翻天覆地的变化,生态环境保护事业取得长足发展。和平解放,是西藏跨越式发展的历史起点。
The peaceful liberation of Tibet is not only a major historical event in Chinese modern history and revolution history,but also a landmark turning point in Tibet local history.The signing of the Seventeen-Point Agreement,in particular the great changes in Tibetan social system,laid critical conditions for the leap-forward development of Tibet.During the 60 years since the peaceful liberation,Tibet has achieved leapfrog economic development and all-round social progress.People＇s living has undergone earth-shaking changes and the ecological environment protection has made rapid progress.The peaceful liberation is the historical starting point for the leapfrog development of Tibet.
