摘要
对风机—液力偶合器单一PID控制系统过度依赖控制模型问题,提出了基于PID控制的高稳定性和模糊控制的高鲁棒性的风机—液力偶合器模糊-PID控制.在分析大功率煤气风机与YOCQZ420调速型液力偶合器调速控制系统动态调节特性的基础上,推导并建立了调速控制系统的动态调节数学模型;应用计算机分析软件,在一定开关阈值和不同时间常数、系统总增益和延迟时间常数条件下的模糊-PID双模调速控制系统进行仿真分析.实验台实验测试结果与仿真分析结果的一致性表明,模糊-PID双模控制可有效实现大功率风机与调速型液力偶合器调速的自动控制.
To solve excessive control-model dependence problem of fan-hydrodynamic couplings with sigle PID control system,the fuzzy-PID control method of fan-hydrodynamic couplings was proposed,based on the highly stability of PID control and the highly robust.The dynamic regulation characteristics of the high-power fan-YOCQZ420 speed-regulating hydrodynamic couplings speed control system were analyzed.The dynamic regulation mathematical model of the speed control system was derived and established based on the analysis results.The fuzzy-PID dual mode speed control system was simulated by using special computer simulation software with certain switching threshold,various time constants,various system total gain and various delay time constants.The test-bed test results were consistent with the simulation analysis results.It showed that the fuzzy-PID dual mode speed control method could be effectively used in the automatic control of the high-power fan-speed-regulating hydrodynamic couplings system.
