摘要
由上海交通大学和宝钢设备部联合开发了一套液力偶合器转速控制系统,该系统成功取代了电动执行器,在炼钢厂焙烧分厂4#悬浮窑窑尾风机调速系统中进行了应用。该系统接受上位机4~20mA指令信号,以伺服液压缸作为偶合器勺管执行机构,对偶合器输出转速进行闭环控制,从而提高了偶合器转速控制精度,减少了设备故障发生率,在保证生产的同时发挥出了液力偶合器的调速节能作用。
Shanghai Jiaotong University and Baosteel Equipment Division jointly developed a set of fluid coupling speed control system, which successfully replaced the electric actuator, and was applied to the speed control system of the tail exhaust fan in the No. 4 lime kiln. The system accepts 4 - 20mA command signals from the host computer, and closed loop control of output speed is implemented with the use of the servo - cylinder as the scoop pipe actuator, thus enhancing the output speed control precision, reducing the incidence of equipment failure, allowing full play to the energy saving effect of fluid coupling while ensuring production.
