摘要
在对自然垄断理论及其发展进行简要分析和评价的基础上，着重对电力产业内发电、输电、配电３ 个环节的自然垄断特征进行了深入分析，其结果表明电力产业内部不同环节具有不同的自然垄断特征，从而为在电力产业打破垄断。
The natural monopoly theory as well as its progress is analyzed and reviewed briefly.The natural monopoly characteristic of generation,transmission and distribution in the electric power industry is researched thoroughly,and some conclusions are given about different natural monopoly characteristic of generation,transmission and distribution.This paper provides basis on theory for breaking monopoly and developing competition in electricity industry.
