摘要
根据用户(渤海造船厂) 提出的在圆柱曲面的厚壁上切割大孔后须切坡口的技术要求,在数控火焰切割机中设计了新颖的摆动机构,并对机构进行了运动分析与计算,经过调试及试切后得到了令人满意的工程效果.
A new swing mechanism is designed according to the user's technological specifications(i.e.cutting bevel after serving big_diameter hole in the thick surface of a cylinder).Detail about the design,the motion analyses and the calculation are discussed in this paper.A satisfied result is obtained.
