摘要
注塑机合模机构模板的变形及合模力的分布是影响塑料产品成型的重要因素。在对传统注塑机动定模板进行受力及变形分析的基础上,提出新的模板结构优化方案,行通过仃限元分析对比,验证新斤案对减少模板变形的存效性。
The deformation of the platens of clamping unit and distribution of clamping force are principal element which will influence molding of product.At the basis of analyzing stress and deformation of traditional platens in this paper,a new concept to improve performance of the platens will be introduced.
