摘要
微波辅助-溶剂萃取法提取成熟期马铃薯茎叶挥发性成分,以0.528%(m/m)得油率获得精油,用GC-MS分析检测出77种成分,解析鉴定了占精油相对百分含量83.986%的41个成分.其中,酯类化合物44.340%、烷烃类22.380%、醇类4.296%、萜类4.188%、醛类3.895%、酮类3.664%、其他1.223%.
The essential oil was obtained from the stems and leaves of the maturity potato by the microwave assisted-solvent extraction method in 0. 528% yield and was analyzed by GC- MS. A total of 77 constituents were detected, in which 41 compounds that account for 83.986% of the total were identified contained esters (relative content 44. 340% ) ; alkanes (22. 380% ) ; alcohols (4. 296% ) ; terpenes (4. 188% ) ; aldehyde (3.89%) and sketones (3.664%).
