孕28～37周胎膜早破与血清多种微量元素的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨孕28～37周胎膜早破与血清多种微量元素的关系。方法:比较孕28～37周胎膜早破孕妇及正常孕妇血清铜、锌、钙、硒多种微量元素的含量。结果:孕28～37周胎膜早破组血清铜、锌含量低于正常孕妇组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间血清硒、钙含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:微量元素铜、锌的缺乏为未足月胎膜早破的病因之一。
