摘要
目的介绍荣生丸的制备、质量控制方法及临床应用情况。方法湿法起模,泛丸锅泛制法制备;设置阴性对照,薄层色谱法作定性鉴别;临床试验不设置对照组。结果荣生丸各项指标均符合规定;稳定性好。临床应用总有效率为81%。结论制备和质量控制方法简便,价格低廉,疗效可靠。
Objective To introduce the preparation,quality control and clinical application of Rongsheng bolus.Methods To set up negative control and make qualitative identification by thin layer chromatography（TLC） and to conduct clinical trial without control group.Results Every indicator of Rongsheng bolus conforms to the criterion,and the stability of the bolus is good.The total effective rate of the clinical trial is 81%.Conclusion The methods of the preparation and quality control are simple and convenient with a low price and a reliable therapeutic effect.
