摘要
目的:探讨中药菟丝子的免疫调节作用。方法:利用酶联检测仪检测其对ICR小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响。结果:中药菟丝子黄酮成分对TNF有明显的抑制作用。结论:对细胞因子的调节作用可能是中药菟丝子抗癌活性的作用机理。
Objective：To study the immun-adjustment effects of C. australis. Methods：The enzyme united monitor was used to measure the effect of flavonoid on TNF of mice in vitro. Results： Flavones such as kaempferol and total flavones from C. australis have obvious restraining effects on TNF. Conclusion：C. australis showes the clinical pharmacological effects to cancer.
